Excelente producto.

This is the perfect machine for those who like fresh bread!

Love this. Super easy to use, I am really enjoying making bread, excited about trying other recipes too. This mixer hold enough ingredients to make two 2lb loaves at once. The bowl size is incredible and it cleans up so easy! The mixer has large hook and really kneads that dough. Quiet too. All the ingredients stir well and make for light delicious bread. If you are maligning bread in large batches this is your machine. Ohh and it has fermenter timer so it gets that dough rising quickly.

Función

Cumple con su función, muy buen producto. La verdad no es igual que una masa que se hace a mano pero sale un pan decente. Muy importante seguir los cuidados de uso para que no se caliente el motor.

Easy to use

It does most of the work for you. You only have to do a small amount of kneading for the second rising. The bowl is nice & large & mixes the dough effortlessly. The dough rose beautifully in it & the bread was delicious. Very highly recommend this appliance.

Made about 20 large batches so far

Have been enjoying this mixer. I typically had been using the bread machine on the dough cycle but it kills those little motors when you want to do a bigger batch. I've been doing regular 1400g (little less than 50oz) dough balls. My pretzels and pizzas have been coming out great. I can't say how long it will last. If you have a low hydration dough(>60%), it definitely has to work harder. So far so good. If it last me two years, i'll buy another one. A great option if you are not sure about dropping $600 on a spiral mixer.

Great mixer for making bread!

I bought this last year because I am not able to knead dough as long as needed due to surgery on both elbows and wrists many years ago. I hadn't had a chance to use it until just a couple of weeks ago. I am now retired and want to learn to bake bread. This is a great machine for that. It mixes and kneads the dough, then keeps the temp warm for rising. That's helpful because I have cool house. If I need a knead or rise time that doesn't fall within the 5 minute increments, I just set the longer time on the machine and the shorter time on the timer on the stove. It's easy. So far I have made 2 types of white bread, flaky biscuits, dinner rolls and jalapeno cheddar bread. All were delicious. I have a kitchenaid mixer that can knead dough, but I like this because I can mix it and get a warm rise from the same bowl. Great investment!

Excellent Product

I use if for homemade yeast breads, sourdough breads and pizza dough. I have found it to be an excellent product and a workhorse in our kitchen. I can't imagine anyone that makes bread returning this product. On average we use it 3-5 times a month more often during holidays. If grands are visiting it stays busy making pizza dough. The doughs made by it are always silky smooth, a delight to work with.

You NEED this in your life!

Not sure as to why this product is tagged as “frequently returned”. As a long time baker, I find this machine to be worth its weight in gold. Lightweight, especially when compared to my Kitchen Aid Stand mixer, super easy to use and super easy to clean. I put all ingredients into the bowl and press “mix”. It will start and stop repeatedly to mimic hand mixing and kneading. The beauty here is that you can walk away and do other tasks while this is happening. The suction on the bottom keeps the machine firmly in place, but also moves very easily when lifted. When it’s done in 15 minutes, press the ferment button for the proofing phase. No need to change to an oiled bowl. I make ALL of our bread products: wheat, rye, white, etc., loves and ciabatta, hamburger & hot dog buns, sandwich rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc. my initial intention was to purchase a lower priced product rather than higher priced to see if I even thought I would like it, and if I did, then I would invest in a better quality. Let me tell you, there is absolutely no need to upgrade this machine. It’s fabulous and makes light duty of frequent dough making. Only regret is that I didn’t discover this sooner.

Very nice

My wife loves this. She uses it constantly. Her other mixer is not used as much anymore since she makes a lot of dough. It does not wobble on the counter top while mixing.

Easy for making bagel dough

I've ruined a few KitchenAids (the Costco model) trying to make bagel dough — it's just too tough on the motor since the dough isn’t very wet. I bought this to see if it could handle bagel dough, and it's been great! I've made about six batches so far with no issues. I don’t use it to proof the dough, but it handles mixing and kneading really well. One thing to note: the blade can be tough to remove after mixing, so I now lightly coat it with cooking oil beforehand, which makes removing the blade so much easier. This is so much easier than using my KitchenAid. With that, I was constantly adjusting — a little more water, a little more flour — and I had to keep an eye on the motor the entire time. With this, I just add the ingredients and walk away. Yes, it's one more appliance to store in my small kitchen, but honestly, it's worth it.

Works like it should.

We have used this for a while now and there has not been a single issue. It mixes like advertised and proofs like it should as well. The size for perfectly on out table and is big enough for multiple batches of dough. We find this very durable and very good for the price .

This does better than my Kitchen Aid mixer for bread and pizza doughs

This dough mixer is well built, it's much quieter than my KA mixer and it doesn't tear the dough like my KA mixer does, the Joydeem doesn't mix as quickly but is gentle on the dough. My KA Pro HD 6qt mixer really struggles to mix 80 ounces of bread dough, the Joydeem mixer has no issues with this amount and my dough temperature is 5-7F degrees cooler than what the KA does. My baguette 65% hydration dough turned out very soft and supple. This mixer requires you to adjust your mixing times because of the 5 seconds on and off of the mixing cycle. I ended up mixing for 5 mins for my poolish, add the ingredients, do a 15 min dough mix, rest for 7-10 mins and then finished off with a 10 minute mix time. You will need to play around with adding a bit more H20 or a little more flour near the end of the mixing cycle depending on how wet/dry the dough looks. I really wanted a spiral mixer but don't want a 85lb+ machine I to need to more around. The mixer has 2 set's of instructions in both English and Chinese. I don't know how a 70-75% hydration dough would turn out. Overall I am pretty happy with this dough mixer. I have made 2 batches of dough and both rose great and the bread turned out really good, the dough was easy to work with when shaping.

Great for making challah dough!

I have always used a bread machine to make challah but now I discovered this great machine after my last bread machine took a dive off the counter. I was able to make a dough with 14 cups of flour in one shot. This enabled me to get all my challahs made in one easy method and say the bracha. All the flour stayed in the machine rather than dusting my counters. The machine was strong enough to handle it all. I was able to adjust the amount of time spent mixing and rising. It cleaned up nicely. This easy to use inexpensive machine beats my last two bread machines and my kitchen aid mixer by far. Thanks for a great product. It was quiet. It is not taking up too much space on my counter. It is easy to store. I did not find it heavy to lift out of the cabinet. I love it!
