Do I need to pay tax? −
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping location:
- United States: Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to New York & Texas.
- Canada: Sales tax is applied according to the province of delivery.
- Other Regions: No sales tax will be charged.
- All taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I need to pay for postage? −
No — shipping is free on all Joydeem kitchen appliances delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
Please note: Shipping is currently unavailable to Hawaii and Alaska.
Will the courier require a signature upon delivery? −
In most cases, a signature is not required for delivery.
If you live in an area where packages are frequently lost or misplaced, we recommend contacting our customer service team right after placing your order to request signature confirmation.
If you’re unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, you can also contact the carrier directly once your tracking status updates and request to have the package held at a nearby pickup location within the retention period.

How long will delivery take? −
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order? −
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
What should I do if my package is damaged during transit? −
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but occasional shipping damage can happen.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label).

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or a missing part? −
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing any parts, please contact [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Our support team will arrange a prompt replacement or shipment of the missing component.

Joydeem offers a variety of replacement bowls, blades, lids, and accessories for most models. Please contact [email protected] with your model number to order the correct part.
