Return Policy
1. Product Quality Issues (Free Return)
We provide a free return shipping label for the following quality-related issues:
(1) Shipping damage (occurred during transit)
(2) Incorrect product shipped (does not match the order)
(3) Non-functional product due to manufacturing defect
2. Personal Reasons (Customer Covers Return Shipping)
Returns for personal reasons require the customer to bear return shipping costs, including but not limited to:
(1) Duplicate/wrong purchase or product not meeting expectations
(2) Dissatisfaction with size, design, craftsmanship, or appearance
3. After-Sales Process
(1) Contact Customer Service by email to initiate a return (include order number, photos of the product, product name, quantity, and other relevant information).
(2) Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days, after which we will issue a refund or replacement, subject to verification.
(3) Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method.
(4) Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Note: It is recommended to retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
30-Day Replacement Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, we offer free replacements for defective products (same model).
(1) Full unit replacement if irreparable.
(2) Replacement parts only if the issue is component-specific (no full-unit exchange).
(3) Return shipping costs are covered by us for valid claims.
